Inside features a natural gas fireplace, a games room downstairs including foosball and ping pong, wifi throughout and in ceiling speakers in the main living area and on the covered porch.

With high end finishes such as quartz counters in the kitchen and a custom-tiled, ensuite bathroom, this unit is sure to impress!

We are excited to announce that we are building a vacation rental villa in Costa Rica! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa will be located in a secure, gated community with access to a resort style community pool, a 2 minutes drive to the town of Marbella (with a number of stores and restaurants) and, a 2 minutes driver to a quiet beach.
Construction is slated to begin late 2022!
