DCG is pleased to announce the addition of long-term rentals to our portfolio! Our most recent acquisition is our Nyckola Lane property, located 5-minutes north of Gimli. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit has been freshly updated and includes features such as a screened in sunroom, pellet stove and detached garage. This unit is presently leased until mid-2024.
